About the event

This is for members who are unable to attend in person and still want to get their workout in.  This is a pre-paid plan.  You have to commit to the entire 4 week plan.  I want to get your weigh-in prior to the plan and right afterwards.  The plan is $150.00.  You will have to also keep a food diary and share this with me weekly so that we can make sure you are getting in enough calories.  

This is a MODERATE workout consisting of approximately 28 exercises for an average of 20 minutes.  TICKETS ARE PREPURCHASED VIA ZELLE, CASHAPP, CASH OR APPLE PAY.  THANK YOU.
